Fay Matsukage Slated to Speak at the 2018 Student Leadership Conference

On Friday, September 14, Attorney Fay Matsukage and Beth Barela, of the Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame, will participate in a presentation entitled “Grit & Grace: Uncovering and Using These Qualities Within Us to Lead and Inspire” at the 2018 Student Leadership Conference. The conference will take place at Front Range Community College in Westminister, CO and will focus on discovering students’ leadership styles and activating leadership qualities. Keynote speaker and Front Range Community College President, Andy Dorsey, will kick-off the conference which will feature breakout sessions, Crisanta Duran, Colorado Speaker of the House, as a guest speaker, as well as networking opportunities.

In March, the Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame announced that Fay is part of the Class of 2018. The ten inductees become the next group of extraordinary contemporary and historical women with significant ties to Colorado, who have made enduring and exemplary contributions to their fields, inspired and elevated the status of women, and helped open new frontiers for women and society. Since its founding in 1985, the Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame has inducted 152 women from many races, backgrounds, economic levels, career choices, political philosophies, and religious beliefs for their outstanding contributions to society.

Fay has more than 35 years of experience and helps clients at all stages of business development. She represents private and public companies in a wide range of industries and concentrates her practice in the areas of securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
